Two brothers inherited a house that was in need of serious repairs and updates. They needed to sell the house but had no funds to do any repairs or afford holding expenses. Working closely with our teams Real Estate Agent we were able to get the sellers what they were asking for with no back and forth negotiations. This was a quick two week closing. Sellers left house in an As-Is condition and walked away with the equity. !
