Seller was recently retired and wanted to relocate to another state. Her home needed extensive cosmetic repairs making it unfit to be listed on the MLS. We were able to work together with the seller in a creative situation to complete repairs and to list and sell the home. In doing this creative method, we were able to split the sale proceeds with the seller since she was not in immediate need to sell.
