A military serviceman stationed in Guam reached out to us, wanting to sell his rental property. Managing the home from overseas had become too much, and he no longer had the time to properly assist his tenants. On top of that, the property needed repairs due to damage caused by both the renters and their pets.

Without ever having to meet in person, we handled the entire transaction remotely. We purchased the home, ensured the tenants had ample time to relocate, and removed this burden from his plate—allowing him to focus fully on his military duties without the added stress of property management.
