Our seller realized that homeownership had become more overwhelming than expected. With more repairs than he wanted to take on, he decided that transitioning to a rental was the best path forward.

To make his move as smooth as possible, we personally helped him relocate to his new rental, using our own truck to transport his belongings. Once he was settled, we got to work on the home’s rehab.

One major issue was water intrusion in the crawl space. We installed proper water diversion around the entire home, completed a full crawl space abatement, and added a sump pump. With these improvements, the crawl space was completely dry and ready for the next homeowner.
